Notes:

Whilst trying to take a second photograph the aircraft was hit by heavy flak and the observer and 2nd pilot were both wounded in the head and arm and knee respectively. Both continued with their duties and aircraft successfully reached base but was directed to Wittering due to failure of flaps and the number of aircraft wanting to land. The hydraulic pipe line for flaps and rear turret had been severed while several small holes were sustained in bomb doors and fuselage and interior of machine.
