Abandoned. Escape hatch blew off after take off. Flashed aldie at airfield asking for instructions, none received. Decided to proceed. Pilot had pains in back which developed into sickness. Bomb aimer took over controls for over an hour. MU gunner reported oxygen had failed and his turret was u/s. I took back controls and returned to base.
